Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Small Ponds Software ("we," "us") for the MuscleDaddies app. By downloading or using MuscleDaddies, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. This is a plain-English agreement; we've kept it short.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MuscleDaddies on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with the App Store and Google Play terms. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the app or its data, or use it to break any law.
Accounts
You sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. MuscleDaddies is intended for users 13 and older. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings → Delete Account or via our account deletion page.
Premium subscription & billing
MuscleDaddies offers an optional Premium subscription (the "CoachDaddy" unlock and advanced stats), available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at purchase, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial: If a free trial is offered and you're eligible, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Managing & cancelling: You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside the app.
- Payment: All payments are handled by Apple or Google. We never see or store your card details. Refunds are handled under the App Store or Google Play refund policies.
- Price changes: If we change the subscription price, we'll give notice and ask for your consent where the stores require it, before it affects you.
Health & fitness disclaimer
MuscleDaddies is for entertainment and motivation only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell. You exercise at your own risk, and you're responsible for working out safely and within your limits.
Your content & conduct
You own the workouts, names, and notes you add. By using squad features, you allow other members of squads you join to see your display name, level, progress, and feed activity. You agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing, and not to impersonate others. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Some provisions — like the disclaimers and limits below — survive termination.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
MuscleDaddies is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Small Ponds Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these Terms
If we update these Terms, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use MuscleDaddies after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
